There is no greater praise or criticism to be found than that coming from the hearts and mouths of his patrons.  At the end of the day, his reputation will stand or fall from their words spoken quietly among friends, many of whom are professionals in related trades seeking out quality vendors.  Millions spent in advertising dollars have yet to prevail over the power of “word of mouth” referrals.
